WHAT IS A LIVE DRAWING SESSION?

Every once in a while I will host a one hour online Live Drawing Session. In these sessions, we will all draw the same thing while chatting about our process. You’re free to ask questions, show your drawing and interact with everyone!

The themes may vary from each session: character design, gesture, anatomy of the face… the possibilities are endless!

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The cost is only $5 and will be Limited to 40 people at this time. If for any reason you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, no crossover credit will be given due that someone else missed the opportunity because the session was sold out

No age limit and ALL LEVELS OF ARTISTS ARE WELCOME.

WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE?

We always add the date to the top of this page. All sessions will be on Thursdays from 10am to 11am PST Zone. However, I won’t host a session every Thursday, so subscribe to my Mailing List to get a notification when we schedule the next one.

HOW CAN I SECURE MY SPOT?

The Live Drawing Sessions will be announced through my mailing list first, and then social media a few days prior to the event. So far, tickets sell out within a day or two after we send the email, so stay tuned!

You can purchase your ticket for $5 on this page, as soon as we set a date (and we’ll email you once we do!).

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PAY?

After we sell out, I will send the list of attendees to Mina, so she can get in touch with you. Of course, the only email I’ll have of yours is the one you used to login into Paypal. If your correspondence email is different than the one you use on Paypal, please email Mina at mina@silvertoons.com and let her know. This way she can make sure to email you to the right address (please don’t send her messages on social media - she might miss them!). And yes, please do email her even if you did that for a previous session. Thanks for your cooperation!

HOW DO I JOIN?

Please make sure to download and install Zoom, the free software we use for the session. On the day of the session, Mina will email you the link to join, and that’s it! Easy peasy.

CAN I GET A FREE SEAT?

Yes, you can! We invite you to submit a collection of photos taken of random people (or animals) in your side of the world. When we plan the next session, we will look through the photos everyone submitted and choose one collection to be featured as reference.

If yours is picked, we will reach out to let you know you’ll have a free seat in that session as well as digital copies of the drawings I do in that session!

ARE THERE ANY GUIDELINES TO SUBMITTING THE PHOTOS?

Yes!

Please don’t submit more than 50 images and no less than 25.
It’s OK if the photo is a little blurry, as long as we can see what we need to.
The photos must have at least one of these qualities making them visually interesting:
- Good gesture
- Good Expression
- Good Costume.

Make sure to name your photos with your email address so we can contact you.

Disclaimer: You agree that all the photos you upload are yours. You are agreeing to allow those in the session to download the photos so we all can enjoy each others reference to continue our growth. This also allows you to revisit your session drawing if you wish to continue to take it further.
